While we strive for 99% accuracy in our AI-driven predictors and career roadmap tools, all admission results, seat allocations, and rank predictions are subject to official cut-offs released by the respective authorities and are ultimately at the sole discretion of the educational institutions.
Fees once paid for professional services are not refundable.
Our services, including but not limited to career counseling sessions, document verification, and premium course access, involve immediate allocation of resources and expertise. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once a transaction is successfully processed.
Note: Any duplicate payments due to technical glitches will be verified and adjusted or refunded at the discretion of the management upon providing valid transaction proofs.
Users have the right to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data from our systems.
Please send an email from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
